The main uses of your information are to confirm your identity, record gifts or contributions, consider you for employment, provide and deliver programs and services, communicate with you, and market donor outreach materials.

Information may be disclosed to other entities that provide services to us related to your relationship with us. Before we disclose your information, these entities must agree to keep it protected or encrypted and private or anonymous.

We have contracted the services of a banking partner to process credit card donations submitted online. Our banking partner’s secured server encrypts your credit card information so that it may be safely transmitted over the web. Credit card information is not released to any other parties.

We have contracted the services of web platforms for communication and marketing purposes. Our communication and marketing web platforms use secured server encryption to receive and store your information. This information is only used to deliver upon the services or business you request from us or access on our website. We may customize our email newsletters and communications to reflect your interest in a particular service. As a donor, partner, volunteer, client, or friend, you will receive occasional email communications, postal mail, and marketing from Mending Souls that relate to the services or business we provide to you, and you will have the option to opt-out of all non-essential communication. We do provide aggregate data to third parties to deliver upon the services or business you request from us or access on our website. We will contact relevant parties to communicate billing and technical issues. We store website data and emails on our servers, only for use as back-up data should it be required. We access historic correspondence and details about earlier conversions in response to customer service issues and, to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Mending Souls. We monitor and store your online requests for webpage’s and services for research and marketing as well as keep a history of your transactions with the business (this might include recording the fact you filled out a job application or showed interest in one of our services, etc).

If necessary, we disclose information when it is required by law. We may also disclose certain information to other entities to help us report or prevent fraud or other crimes.

From time to time, Mending Souls may link to other Websites not affiliated with Mending Souls. Mending Souls attempts to link only to those Websites which also respect a visitor’s privacy. However, Mending Souls cannot be responsible for the content or policies of third-party Websites. Please check with these third-party organizations or companies for their specific privacy policies.

It is not necessary for you to take any action. This is because we do not sell or share your information except to deliver upon the services or business you request from us.
